Have Some Questions?
Once you book and fill out the intake form, we schedule a 30 minute kickoff call to understand your needs. Then, we handle brand and website creation, send you drafts for feedback, and launch your new brand—all within 7 business days. Once we wrap up your kickoff call and lock in your info we'll set a start date. You’ll get updates at every step, we'll meet again Day 3 to review our initial ideas and continue forward if approved, or meet again Day 4 or 5 to review any revisions. No surprises.
We build in time for your feedback and try to move as quickly as possible in order to deliver in 7 business days. However, if you need more time to review, just let us know. We’ll adjust the timeline to make sure you’re happy with the outcome, as this would most likely delay our 7-day goal.
We handle the heavy lifting! You’ll just need to be available for the kickoff call, review drafts and provide feedback as quickly as possible at key milestones in order to hit our target 7-day goal.
We’ll ask you to fill out a quick questionnaire and gather any existing brand assets or inspiration you’d like us to consider. We'll need all this to begin so the faster we get this the faster we start!
Absolutely. We keep you in the loop with regular updates and check-ins so you always know what’s happening, plus we'll be reaching out to let you know when you can review and approve.
We offer ongoing support and can help with updates or tweaks—just let us know what you need. We build on Webflow, a very user-friendly platform, so you can easily make edits and updates yourself if you choose. We’ll even give you a quick training session.
You’ll get your logo in multiple formats, a full brand guidelines document, a live website (with access and training), and all website copy. Everything is yours to keep and use however you wish.

Nope! Your $5,000 covers everything listed. If you want to add extra services later, we’ll always quote those upfront—no surprises. Your website monthly hosting fee is not included.
Yes! We offer a simple two-part payment plan: 50% to book your project, and 50% when you’re happy with the final deliverables.
